MY PROFILE
I’m a staffer here at the wonderful site that is NZ-to-the-G-izzle. My game tastes are usually a bit off-beat, I’ve been gaming a while so I really appreciate it when games do something new or show artistic flair. I love me my retro gaming as 3d camera views are annoying and 3d worlds are often bland and unimaginative. That said there are exceptions, but I have yet to play a 3d game more fun than Mario 64. I also love 2d art – especially during the 16-bit period, so I collect SNES, MegaDrive and TG-16 games. Chrono Trigger still is the most beautiful looking game I have played. Like many, I suffer from the curse of having too many hobbies and don't have the cash/time to do any of them properly.

Achievements?
Achievements are somewhat mandatory on XBOX games now. Every game has to have them, and some people will use these as an excuse to play a game and bump up their rankings. What this blog is about though is the implementation of these achievements.
