Neil Patrick Harris is totally an inspiration to men everywhere. If you look at the recent acting career of this awesome actor he has single handedly showcase to us of how a real man courts the opposite sex.

From his big screen role as Neil Patrick Harris in Harold and Kumar to his small screen role as Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother he is the rolemodel for men everywhere in his persistence, and sometimes ingenious methods of courting women, and not just ordinary women, but (cue tui ad) gorgerous women.

For too long have the entertainment world have starved men of a character who you can call the man's man, or the wingman of wingman. Not since Patrick Swayze in the dance scene in dirty dancing have there been a character that you can say "that man can pull anything".

Take the most recent episode of How I Met Your Mother. Barney was able to pull the hottest mother of a 22 year old in a old man body suit. His skills in courtship is unmatched, and recently while doing my rumbling through Box Office DVD, I stumbled along his book, correctly titled "The Bro Code".The book every man should purchase, next to the Alphabet of Manliness. As I wait in excitement for its arrival I would like to point out one final ironic point. As awesome as NPH portrays the man's man and I am totally sold that he is like that outside of his acting characters, the man is gay. Not that I have anything against it, but if the pinicle of man is being played by a gay man what does that say about the rest of us?
