Insomniac had made three game titles:
-Disruptor
-Spyor the Dragon
-Ratchet and Clank
before they releaced Resistance Fall of man in 2006 with the PS3.
This game told a story of the Chimera attacking Brittan and an American called Nathan Hale who takes down the Chimera.
Resistance 2 starts were Resistance Fall of Man finishes off.

Resistance 2 is a first person shooter that is based in the 1950's but World War 2 had never happened.The game has great graphics like realistic water and very detailed Chimera ships and towers,and a great story with a few plot twists and an ending that leaves a space for a sequel.Resistance 2 has a large supply of weapons and enemies to play with,most of Resistance 2 enenies are new to the series, inclueding 7 bosses.
Resistance 2 also has two online modes:
-Co-op
-Competitive
each with a range of games and challenges.

In Co-op you can play with up to 8 players in missions that have at least one Elite Chimera [a giant chimera], and at least one peace of Grey tech.This could be improved by giving it more of a story.This is a very fun mode.

Competitive mode is just like the the one from the first game but there is up to 60 players instead of Resistance FOM's 40 player.The games on this list from Death matches and Team Death matches to catcher the flag and catcher the node.This gives it a near superier online gaming experence.

This games campaign mode is very short but is very fun and the campaign is not co-op like the first game,these are thing .But over all this is a very good game and is worth getting.
