Cut it out Namco.

Oh Namco, how I used to love you so. Your games always used to offer such a unique and innovative experience. From your revolutionary fighting games like Tekken and Soul Calibur, to your excellent light-gun games like Time Crisis and Vampire Night that allowed me to bring the arcade to my living room. And finally to your more quirky games like Katamari Damacy that showed us something we'd never experienced before. But now... now you've lost your soul.
Now nearly every game you release is raped with microtransactions. There must be about 10 dress-up accessory packs you've released for Soul Calibur IV now over PSN and Xbox Live. And every one of these packs is already on the disc, but you're just charging us to unlock it. It pisses me off when I'm expected to pay again for content I technically already own.
And I'll never forgive you for what you did to Beautiful Katamari. First I had to wait about half a year to play it after the US release, only to find you were charging full-price for what had always been a budget game series. So after finishing the game in 2-3 hours, I saw that the $120 I paid wasn't even for the whole game. You wanted me to pay another $20 to unlock the rest of the levels online.
So whenever I see one of your games on a store shelf, I have to add an extra $20 to the price tag just so I know what the REAL price of the game will be. This wouldn't be so bad if you weren't one of the few companies still region-locking their 360 games, because I would then be able to play it when the rest of the world does, and at a much cheaper price.

Wonder if theres some DLC for an actual ending to Assassins Creed.
also dark reserection(spelling?) on psp
and as some of you may or may not know i am a huge xbox fanboy and i still think it is a silly idea to multiplatfom tekken. and i love those games
Tekken was already multiplatform, Tekken Advance anyone? Anyway, it's a good move to bring it to 360 but I'd rather play it on a good d-pad.
But y'know, they've gone downhill.
As everything has.
What about the Tales Of series?
But you don't have to buy the costume packs to unlock them, you can just unlock them using in game money, for free. That's what boggles me the most though, why would anyone pay for what they can get for free? An expensive unlock cheat isn't it?
