Glitches any1??

It would be hard for any of us to say that we have never come across a glitch before, some could say that they even help us cheat :P, but this one i discovered the other night really pis$d me off!
It was at the end of the 3rd disc of Final Fantasy 8 ( i know, tht game is bwt 10 yrs old now but i like to replay them every now nd then), during which i was in a boss battle and after it had attackd my characters they appeard to have been showered in a silver metalic ink like substance, it was all over the ground as well.
Along with this, the notes panel that appears at the top of the screen changed. The writing was covered in a solid blue bar and only the first letter of the text was visible in white. The text that comes up with the commands was the same too and so was the options that followd. The numbers next to them were visible tho. weird ae.
Slightly puzzled, I thort this might be some weird effect from the bosses attack, so i went along with it and just guesd my way thru the rest of the battle. However after it ended, anything that the characters said was displayed in the same blue bar format, so obviously reading it was impossible!
I did get to the end of the disc but decided not to save it and turned it off in case this continued thru to the next disc.
I just wana kno if anyone else has had this problem and if so, du u know how to reverse it?
any other funi glitches that people have come across recently wud be cool to hear about too!

I'm pretty sure the 3rd disc of FF8 is notoriously bad at glitching/crashing/causing disc read errors. Theres a FMV we can't get past on our copy, and a friend also had similar problems.
Yeah Phoenix is right, 'parently ff3, disc 3 is infamous for being a glitche-fest, or at least that what I hear from my geemu-otaku buddies. But Good blog Lisa! :)

I found a glitch in Golden Sun: The Lost Age.
There was a part where you had to crack a huge piece of ice, and then i went all the way back and did it again. Only the ice wasnt their, so a huge crack appeared in the air.
First person to submit it on Golden Sun Realm. Then like 18 other bastards did after me.
Also, on my copy of Starfox Adventures, Prince Tricky went batshit insane a few times, and went see through and couldnt do anything and flew. I had to run around alot until he went offscreen and got stuck, then when i came back he would be normal again!
And my copy of F-Zero GX glitches up the music sometimes, but the game still runs fine.
And actually my copies of Star Wars Battlefront I and II. on I, none of the AI felt like getting into vehicles at all, so the empire left their AT-ATs at the start and thus were completely routed. And on the second the music would get caught in about a 3 second loop on space battles.

Always a good game's for glitches the tonyhawk proskater series. all the way from the first to proving ground two of my worst from theas games are.
tony hawk underground 1 or (thug)was the last level the one where you can drive the sandbuggie thingy i went over the bigest jump thit the side of the down ramp anf the buggie kept flying from one side of the map to the other.

i once did a nate spin on a fire hydrint and then got of my bored and the player stood ontop and kept spining around not on his bored WTH i no.

charge jump into water then push x to get a bit more distance then charge up the jump again and hold down A.

Gliches can be annoying too. One i was playing RandC3 and Ratchet just randomly fell through a solid floor into that horrible black space of nothingness. Was gay

i don't know if it was a glitch but in ratchet&clank1 you go to the first hoverboard race and sideflip a few times in front of the chick and her boobs get bigger.

What the hell is wrong with the admins letting this be a blog anyway? And not being a fan of the forums? You're in the same pool as the staff here.

I'm kinda glad that i'm not the only one to have had it happen to. Though it's kingda sad that it happens. Testers should be able to find these problems.

It was an easter egg included in the game. Insomniac are well known for their easter eggs.

Hmmm, I'm giving it three stars for the conversation it started, which I wouldn't have found in the forums, I know all the people up here, but down there in forum land....
This one time I was playing pokemon, i dont know why but I turned it on and all of my lv100 pokemon were eggs and couldnt do anything, so i went into a battle expecting to be able to use my eggs and that it was only the avatar screwed up, but the whole thing just froze and said "You can't use an egg for battle!" And i was like "I know that! So why are all my 1337 pokemans eggs you freaking piece 'o crap!?!" And then it went all "CHKZZZRKKLLL" and then i turned it off.....

I had this really awesome glitch in Assassins creed.
I'd gotten to the very last part of the game and I was riding my horse down a path and suddenly I fell through the ground. I kept trying and falling until I found a safe path.
Then out of nowhere this guy pops up and I attack him but he blocks me we battle for a bit and then I realise that I'm fighting with myself. There's two Altair's. WTFlol? I kept fighting him for a while and found that it was possible to kill one of my Altairs if I position them right. but no matter which one died, I was dead.
Any way I worked out that it was possible to control both of them without attacking each other by tapping out with left stick before every attack.
It was kinda fun controlling and fighting through a big group of soldiers with 2 Altair's. (theres a few good vids on youtube of people doing this). But at the end when I killed everyone it fucked up and wouldn't go to the cutscene.
I googled it later and some people believe it is the remnant of a multiplayer function.
So anyway that's the most memorable glitch I've had.

Fallout 3 is glitchy wiehn you shoot radroaches, the dismembered feet tend to 'dance'
Some games don't but it does suck that there are glitches in movies.

Haha, I ran into a glitch, well not so much a glitch but a problem with FFVIII on the first disc.
It had to do with the Diablo lamp...If you talk to Cid, then leave in save just before you have the lamp convo, you can't get the lamp anymore...it sucked, I was getting all keen to play through the whole game again but that annoyed me so much I stopped playing straight away...ghey.
