Super Mario Galaxy

Super Mario Galaxy is the single most amazing game I've ever played. Unfortunately, I'd be here for hours if I were to fully write about the wonders of Mario's newest outing. So, I'll write it in note form:

Pros:

Amazing controls (as you'd expect from a Mario game)
The best graphics on the Wii. Period.
Animations are fluid, all at a never-wavering 60 fps
Very Fun gameplay (eg: planet hopping, leaping around planets multiple times in one jump, classic Mario levels and missions)
Some of the best music in videogames ever (up there with Ocarina of time), fully orchestrated, some remixed classic songs, very cool)
Amazingly creative (you'll be wondering if Nintendo were on drugs when they made some of the levels)

Neutral:
New powersuits (eg: bee/ghost/ice mario are kind of meh, but they do add variety to the levels.

Cons:
To get to the final boss is quite easy (get 60 stars), but to get 120 stars is no mean feat.
Story is no different from other Mario games, cept this time, Bowser takes Peach into space.


I'd give it a 9.8, but on this scale, it definitely deserves a 10.
